Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of Hexa Client, its online services and the hexaroid.com website (the "Service"), provided by Hexa Client ("Hexaroid", "we"). By installing or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must accept them on your behalf.
2. Relationship with Minecraft
Hexa Client is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. You need a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and must comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and Usage Guidelines. Game files are downloaded from Mojang's official servers.
3. Software license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Hexa Client for non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, redistribute or modify the client, or reverse engineer it to build cheats or bypass the Service's protections. Third-party components, such as Fabric and performance mods, are governed by their own licenses.
4. Accounts
You sign in with your Microsoft account and are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend access to the Service if you breach these terms.
5. Virtual items
- Cosmetics and emotes are visual only and give no gameplay advantage.
- You can gift items to any player who has used Hexa Client, signed in or not. The gift is tied to their Minecraft account; check the username before paying. Do not put personal data in the message.
- A streak restore brings back your lost daily streak, as if you had played on the days you missed. It gives no gameplay advantage and applies as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- A purchase grants you a license to use the item within the Service, not ownership of it.
- Items have no cash value, are not refundable for cash except as described in section 6, and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Items are only visible to other players using Hexa Client.
- If we decide to shut down the Service, we will announce it at least 60 days in advance.
6. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; its terms also apply to the transaction. Prices include the taxes shown at checkout. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@hexaroid.com. Chargebacks and refunds revoke the related item. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Modify the client to gain an unfair advantage or use it alongside cheats.
- Harass others through names, emotes or other features.
- Attack, overload or scrape our services.
- Impersonate Hexaroid or other players.
8. Third-party servers
Every Minecraft server has its own rules. Follow them. We are not responsible for penalties applied by third-party servers.
9. Availability and changes
We update the Service often and may change, add or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms; in serious cases, such as fraud or cheating, without refund of items.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of México, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you before they take effect.
