Install Hexa Client on a Mac

Drag the app to Applications and open it the first time with a right click.

Hexa Client runs on macOS 11 or later, on Intel and Apple silicon Macs.

  1. Download the .dmg from hexaroid.com and open it.
  2. Drag Hexa Client to the Applications folder.
  3. The first time, right-click Hexa Client in Applications and choose Open, then Open again.
  4. The launcher asks once whether it should open when your Mac starts.

On Apple silicon, Minecraft versions older than 1.19 run through Rosetta 2; macOS offers to install it if needed.

Download the installer, get past SmartScreen and choose whether it opens with Windows.

Your first game

Sign in, pick a version and press Play: the launcher installs the rest.

Hexa Client on Linux
