Sign-in errors
No Xbox profile, child accounts, no copy of the game and other messages.
"This account has no Xbox profile"
Open xbox.com, sign in with the same account and create your profile, then try again.
"Child account"
An adult in your Microsoft family has to allow multiplayer and third-party sign-in for you at account.microsoft.com/family.
"This account does not own Minecraft: Java Edition"
Check you signed in with the account you bought the game with. Game Pass accounts must have opened the official launcher at least once.
"Not available in your country"
Xbox Live is not available in every country. Try again later or contact us.
